The idea is to prepare and enjoy amazing food all while using the cleanest and healthiest ingredients available.
By preference, we’d only be getting what’s in season or what’s local, but that’s not always possible for everyone.
So we just stick to the cleanest stuff we can get our hands on.
Grass-fed over grain-fed beef.
Wild-caught fish and seafood.
Grass-fed butter.
Raw milk. (Not possible for everyone. There are some great alternatives)
Locally grown or organic produce.
Local honey.
We also stay far away from many items that are known to cause problems.
Microwaves — we don’t touch.
Plastic or silicone cooking utensils — preferably, use wood or stainless steel.
Glass containers over plastic containers.
Cooking oils: we stay away from any seed oils — canola, avocado, sesame, corn, rice bran, grapeseed, soybean. It’s known that these products are harmful to the body. So we stick to the alternatives; the good stuff — grass-fed butter, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, animal fats such as duck, pork, beef, etc.
This movement promotes a CLEAN, HEALTHY, and ACTIVE lifestyle.
We follow the Sun and God. We get as close to the Earth as possible.
God put life on Earth. The Sun allows it to flourish.
We chase after strength.
Strength of body and mind. To always be working towards being stronger and wiser.
And we eat GOOD FOOD.
As humans, we must eat to survive. But we also have the ability to enjoy what we eat.
Our diet has been one of the longest lasting experiments in history.
Our ancestors were constantly trying new things; different fruits, different parts of the animal, different ways of preparation.
Some perished as a result, and some figured out what worked.
It is our duty to
